Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate Development is looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations. If you have a passion for real estate and are ready to take on a key role in managing our accounting functions, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.
- Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve financial processes.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the senior management team on budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Manage audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and other financial transactions to maintain company’s financial health.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting laws, tax regulations, and real estate financial practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA certification is a plus).
