Position: Fleet Supervisor - Food Delivery

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Supervisor with experience managing a fleet of 300 vehicles, preferably within the UAE. This role is essential to ensuring efficient and high-performance food delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of delivery drivers to ensure optimized route planning.
- Monitor and manage fleet performance, including regular vehicle maintenance and performance metrics.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate delivery drivers to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience managing fleets in the UAE is a must.
- Strong communication skills and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential.
